Approved Accounts Only
Wholesale purchasing is available only to approved retail partners. We reserve the right to approve or deny applications at our discretion.

Brand Integrity & Resale Policy
Bequet Confections products may only be sold through the approved retailer’s own physical  storefront.

Third-Party Sales Prohibited
Wholesale partners may not resell Bequet Confections products on third-party marketplaces or platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart Marketplace, or similar channels, without prior written approval.

No Product or Packaging Modifications
All Bequet Confections products must be sold in their original form. Retailers may not alter, repackage, relabel, or modify the product, packaging, or branding in any way.

This includes:

• Removing or covering branding
• Changing packaging
• Bundling in a way that misrepresents the brand
• Applying additional labels or marketing materials directly to the product

We take great pride in the quality and presentation of our products, and maintaining brand integrity is essential to our partnership.

Pricing & Confidentiality
All wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be shared publicly or with unauthorized parties.

Order Minimums
Minimum order quantities apply to all wholesale purchases. Details will be provided upon account approval.

Payment Terms
Orders are prepaid unless otherwise agreed upon. Select retailers may be approved for net payment terms.

Fulfillment Expectations
We strive to fulfill orders promptly. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and seasonality.

Shipping
Shipping costs are included in our wholesale prices, unless otherwise arranged.
